The $660 million Cleve high-end apartment building project was officially started in Van Phu new urban area, Phu La, Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi on December 18, 2009.
The main investor for this project was Inpyung Co Ltd, one of the leading companies in South Korea in the fields of construction on houses and civil works, trading real estates, and providing consultancy services. The project's major contractor was Hi Brand Vietnam Co Ltd
Cleve apartment complex included 15 high-class apartment buildings to be built on seven land plots with total area of 66,000 square metres, in which construction area was about 29,000 square metres, counting for 40 percent of total.
After completion, Cleve apartment complex will become one of the largest projects, offering about 4,658 modern apartments. It's expected that the construction will be completed after 8 years of construction in 2017. The first phase of the project will last from 2010 to 2012 with four apartment buildings to be finished and handed over.
